Park House Residences is a recently launched apartment development in Chermside. There are two, three and four-bedroom apartments for sale, with the average apartment size being 120 sqm (with 51 sqm balconies!). All of the apartments have at least one car park (the penthouses have three), and the 51-apartment project also has secure storage areas. Prices start $510,000.
All residents will have access to the pool, spa, sauna, gym, landscaped gardens and BBQ area. Park House Residences is also located just across the road from the Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre and backs onto 7th Brigade Park.
The display suite is currently located on site at 69 Kittyhawk Drive and is open from Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm or by appointment.
Park House Residences has been carefully designed to promote cross-breezes throughout all apartments and penthouses. This is something we look for here at PropertyMash.com and is a hugely valued feature in apartments in our sub-tropical climate in Brisbane. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout and ample storage space in the basement. The quality kitchens are made to be used, with high-end inclusions and features. The standard apartments are available in two and three-bedroom configurations and there are also three and four-bedroom penthouses with wooden floors and double-height ceilings.
With the project only officially launching in February of 2019, it’s impressive to note that over 20% of residences are already sold. Two-bedroom apartments start at $510,000 and three-bedroom apartments start at $585,000. The penthouse residences start at $1.17 million
Construction on Park House Chermside has begun, with completion expected in June/July 2020.
Located just across the road from Westfield Chermside, local amenities don’t get much better than at Park House Residences. With the convenience of seemingly endless cafes, restaurants, department stores and specialty stores right at your doorstep, as well as the green haven of 7th Brigade Park, the lifestyle at Park House will be one of convenience.
Park House Residences are less than 10km from the Brisbane CBD, and with Gympie Road so close by, access to the city and the coasts is easy. Chermside has great public transport connectivity, with the shopping centre bus interchange just across the road. The closest primary school is Wavell Heights State School on Monroe Street, just 4-minutes drive away from Park House and Wavell State High School is also only 6 minutes away.
Park House Residences Chermside offers residents a range of resort-style facilities. The resident’s floor offers a large open-air pool and spa, as well as a sauna and fully-equipped gym. There’s also a large BBQ area with plenty of space for entertaining family and friends.
There are two lifts in the building, as well as two garbage chutes (both general waste and a recycling chute). The basement is well equipped, with plenty of secure parking as well as storage cages and parcel lockers.
