The Glitter Strip has been the home of all things luxury on the Gold Coast for the better part of the last 30 years. With state-of-the-art apartment buildings abound, Surfers Paradise is often the go-to location for some of the worlds boldest and most creative developers — and it shows. A vibrant social scene permeates through this coastal city, and with everything from yellow sandy beaches and ice cream shops to cocktail bars and boutique shops galore, there’s nowhere quite like Surfers Paradise. Although it may be known the tourist capital of the Gold Coast, there’s a lot more to Surfers Paradise for those lucky enough to call it home. While the hustle and high-rises aren’t for everyone, there’s no denying that apartments in Surfers Paradise are second to none when it comes to beachfront luxury. If you’re looking for a new abode that’s right in the middle of the action, while still feeling a million miles away, check out these apartments currently for sale in Surfers Paradise.
Construction on Jewel is set to be completed over the next few months and has already made a significant impact on the Gold Coast skyline. As well as 512 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the three-tower development will also feature a five-star resort and a multitude of residents luxury facilities that would make even the Amish swoon. These include a large beachfront pool and podium as well as two additional pools in Towers 2 and Tower 3, function rooms, a grand ballroom, a luxury spa, two gyms complete with saunas and steam rooms, a lounge bar, resident cinema, pool room and even a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant. Although one of the priciest pieces of real estate on the Gold Coast (a two-bedroom apartment facing the ocean in Tower 3 would set you back a cool $2,493,000), the luxury finishes and amenities for these apartments are simply outstanding.

Just below the penthouses, there is residents deck for entertaining, which will feature an infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean as well as a gym, sauna and residents’ lounge.
