A new apartment and townhouse estate in Banyo, Summerlin Banyo has been designed to help support resident’s lifestyles, no matter what they might be. The estate is designed so that residents can easily access the 4,000 sqm of communal facilities, and all of the apartments and townhouses have been designed so that cross-flow ventilation is encouraged.
Summerlin Banyo is a new housing estate located on the border of Banyo and Nudgee. The estate will include 206 townhouses and apartments once complete, with some of the development already complete and settled. The project is being released over several stages, with the most recent being the ‘Lilly Residences’, which consists of two and three-bedroom parkside apartments. They are priced from $412,000. Limited apartments also remain in the ‘Magnolia Residences’, which are currently under construction.
There is a big focus on creating liveable spaces throughout Summerlin. This is evident in the design of the apartments, where cross-flow breezes will be encouraged, and large windows will increase the amount of natural light let into the apartments and townhouses. All of the apartments also have reverse-cycle air conditioning to the living areas and master bedrooms.
Residents at Summerlin will have access to over 4,000 sqm of communal facilities, which is quite impressive when you also consider how close the estate is to large parklands and nature reserves.
The display suite for Summerlin is located onsite at 28 Ivedon Street, Banyo. It is open by appointment only. To make an appointment, please use the enquiry form below.
APRIL 2020: Construction on Summerlin is well underway, with the first release of the project (‘Magnolia’, an apartment building) due for completion in May. Construction on the communal facilities in the development is also expected to be finished in the coming months.
Located at 28 Ivedon Street, Banyo, Summerlin sits 17 kilometres outside of the Brisbane CBD. Although it sits inside Banyo, Summerlin is close to the ever-busy suburb of Nudgee. The estate is close to a number of large parklands, including the Padua College Sportsground and the Nudgee Recreation Reserve.
Summerlin is in a great spot for commuters of all types. The estate sits close to the Nudgee Train Station — roughly five minutes drive and 10 minutes walk — and Banyo Train Station (two minutes drive and 10 minutes walk). Sandgate Road is only five minutes down the road. It will take residents slightly over half an hour to read the Brisbane CBD via the M7 and Aiport Link. Speaking of airports, the Brisbane Domestic and International Aiports are roughly 12 minutes drive away, which is ideal for those who commute interstate or who travel frequently.
There are a number of schools in the surrounding area. Most notable is St Joseph’s Nudgee College (commonly known as just ‘Nudgee’), which is an all-boys Prep to Year 12 catholic school. Nudgee is located about 10 minutes drive from Summerlin. Other schooling options in the area include St Pius V Primary School, a catholic primary school just four minutes away. Earnshaw State College, a high school, is also four minutes drive away. If you have very young children, CK Banyo Kindergarten is three minutes down the road.
Residents at Summerlin will have access to ‘Summerlin Green’, the residents-only facilities that include a fully equipped gym and yoga and pilates space, pool, and BBQ area. Construction on these facilities are currently underway, with completion expected in May 2020.
