A comparable project to Nautico is the much-talked about The VUE in Scarborough. Although located on the north side of Manly, The VUE is an apartment development designed for owner-occupiers, much like Nautico. Both developments aim to give residents the easy, beachside lifestyle. The VUE is sought-after for its exclusivity and location, with prices starting from $1,158,800.
Manly sits about 40 minutes from the city and around 25 minutes from Brisbane Airport, and provides easy access to North Stradbroke Island. Manly has a high population of working families and high-income professionals and the suburb is very tightly held — new developments don’t come along often and are snapped up fast when they do. Manly is home to some of the most impressive waterfront properties in Queensland.
