Vogue Indooroopilly is a new apartment development ideal for professionals and downsizers due to its price and location. The project offers buyers higher-end finishes throughout, and there are only four apartments per floor.
Vogue Indooroopilly is a new boutique development located in Indooroopilly. There are 16 apartments available, each with three bedrooms. Each apartment is slightly different, some offering gourmet kitchens with oversized, walk-in sculleries, others offering an additional media/multi-purpose room. Prices start at $699,000. Vogue is expected to have a low body corporate fee. These Brisbane apartments are also pet-friendly.
Each apartment comes with at least one car park.
Construction is currently underway at Vogue Indooroopilly.
Located at 15 Priory Street, Indooroopilly, Vogue sits just a block away from the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The shopping centre is home to every amenity residents could need, including accountants, restaurants, cinemas and grocery stores (to name just a few). The proximity to the shopping centre is great for residents, as it also means they benefit from the well-developed amenities around the area: there are more than five bus stops within two minutes walk, along with the Indooroopilly Train Station.
Residents will have access to a rooftop entertainment area that will include facilities for hosting dinner parties (and a view of the Brisbane CBD).
There will also be three visitors car parks in the undercroft parking area.
