Jimboomba Woods is the largest acreage estate of its kind that remains in the area. Lots at Jimboomba Woods are generally sold independently, instead of in a house and land package. Of the lots that remain, the most wallet-friendly is a 5167m² block available for $265,000. The price ranges up to $445,000 for a 2.08-hectare block (that’s over 5 acres). Around half of the remaining blocks are selling for under $300,000, and are sized between 8000m² and 9500m². All lots in this development feature Full Pressure Town Water and NBN coverage. There is a building covenant which covers the estate to which all residents will have to abide when building their house. This will ensure a high standard of housing over the long term.
