M Apartments is a new 46-apartment tower planned for 689 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. It sits opposite the Pineapple Hotel in Kangaroo Point, minutes away from the Brisbane CBD. M Apartments has yet to be released to the market, with an expected official launch mid-2020.

Made to suit professionals who want to live close to work but far enough away that they can enjoy some peace and quiet, M Apartments sits on Main Street and across the road from the Pineapple Hotel. There are one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus a multi-purpose room, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus a multi-purpose room apartments on offer at M Apartments.
Located close by, Silk One in Woolloongabba offers buyers a similar lifestyle to that offered at M Apartments. The 169 one, two and three-bedroom apartments are located next to The Gabba. A unique aspect of this project is the fact that residents will have box-seat views of The Gabba, giving them access to every game, concert and event that occurs in the soon-to-be-revamped venue. Prices start from $378,000.
There is currently no display suite for M Apartments although appointments can be made to view other examples of the developers work at this stage.
Construction has not begun at M Apartments but is expected to in 2020.
Located at 687-705 Main St, Kangaroo Point, M Apartments sits across the road from Raymond Park and the Pineapple Hotel. The Riverwalk Path to Southbank is less than 200 metres from these apartments, and the Brisbane CBD can be accessed in only a few minutes drive. Of course, you don’t need to go that far to access anything: there are a number of restaurants, cafes and stores along the Main Street strip, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
There are also a number of schools in the surrounding area. In regards to primary schools, residents can send their children to St Josephs Primary School, which is a two-minute drive away and is known for its strong extra-curricular program. Shafston International College is a five-minute drive away, whilst the well-known all-boys school Churchie (or Anglican Church Grammar School) is roughly ten minutes away. If you’re considering tertiary education, both the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and Griffith University have campuses within 15 minutes of M Apartments.
Residents will have access to a rooftop entertainment deck and BBQ area, which has full city views and looks like it will be a great spot for summer BBQ’s with friends and family.
