The newest addition to the Manly skyline, 191 Stratton is situated one block away from the water. Set to consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, 191 Stratton is designed to let residents get the best out of the local area. The apartments have been designed with professionals and downsizers in mind, which is reflected in the inclusion of things like wooden floors throughout.
Perhaps the biggest drawing point of the project is its location. Sitting just minutes walk from the main waterfront area in Manly, and close to every amenity (you won’t have to travel further than five minutes for anything, including shops, restaurants and cafes), 191 Stratton is in a great location for residents.
191 Stratton is a new apartment development close to the Manly Harbour. Sitting one block back from the water and literally only a minute or two away from most of the restaurants, cafes, shops and amenities in the area, the location of 191 Stratton is a major draw factor. The project is also removed slightly from the major roads in the area, offering residents more privacy.
The luxury apartments come in one, two and three-bedroom configurations. We say these apartments are luxurious because it is the small details throughout that add the sense of luxury, highlighting the amount of thought that went into the design. Elements such as waterfall shower heads and separate laundry rooms show that these apartments were designed to be lived in and enjoyed. The inclusions also show how the designers researched the type of lifestyle and amenity their residents would enjoy, and how residents will be using the spaces.
With only 43 apartments across four storeys, this project will appeal to downsizers and professionals that want water views and to be close to all that Manly has to offer.
Prices start at $430,000 for the one-bedroom apartments, $685,000 for the two-bedroom apartments, and $850,000 for the three-bedroom apartments.
191 Stratton has not begun construction yet. As the project progresses, we will have a more firm idea of what the construction timeline will look like, so please check back with us soon for more information.
Sitting exactly where you’d expect at 191 Stratton Terrace, Manly, this new development is one block back from Manly Harbour Village. Close to all of the action in Manly, this is a great location for those who want everything to be within walking distance (or a very short drive).
There are a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance of 191 Stratton. This includes everything from Manly Deck, if you want something more laid-back and relaxed, to the ever-busy Shucks Bar. Cafes are also easy to get to, with more than a few along Royal Esplanade.
Something residents are sure to enjoy is the bi-monthly farmers markets that take place on the waterfront of the Manly Harbour Village. Occurring on the first and third Saturday of every month, the Jan Powers Manly Farmers Markets are loved by locals. The dog-friendly markets will be a great way for residents to get their vegetables and catch up with friends. Of course, if you need to grab groceries in the mean time, the closest Coles and Woolworths are four minutes down the road on Ronald Street. They also happen to sit close to a number of other shops, like banks and bakeries.
191 Stratton’s proximity to Moreton Island and North Stradbroke Island is great for residents that love boating or beaches. Both are common places to camp, fish, and surf, and although they are technically more than an hour away, most of that time will be spent on the ferry ride over.
The Brisbane Airport is roughly 20 minutes drive from 191 Stratton, which is ideal for residents who travel frequently for work or leisure. For peace of mind, the closest doctor is one minute away at Manly Village Medical (if you don’t like that doctor though, there are four more within five minutes drive). Other health amenities like pharmacies and specialists are also close by, with most no more than five minutes away.
Residents will have access to a pool and lounge area. These are fairly standard, but they are large enough enough to allow residents to catch up with friends, family and neighbours.
