A new apartment development aimed at professionals and small families, The Sinclar by Mosaic sits close to a number of amenities in East Brisbane, Woolloogabba and Kangaroo Point.
The Sinclair by Mosaic is a new apartment development located in East Brisbane, just down the road from The Gabba. The project consists of 122 two and three bedroom apartments across two buildings.
The project has been designed by Rothelowman, one of Australia’s top architecture firms. It is set to have a very modern design, with neutral white, grey, and timber finishes throughout the apartments. All of the apartments have been designed with professionals and smaller families in mind. Two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom and one car park are priced from $601,500. Three-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and two car parks start from $891,500.
SEPTEMBER 2020: Construction is expected to begin in late 2020 for a mid-2022 completion. The project is now 75% sold. Please check back soon for more information.
Located at 150 Toohey Street, East Brisbane, The Sinclair is just around the corner from The Gabba Stadium and less than 400 metres from a large parkland. The project sits off Wellington Road, one of the main thoroughfares in the area, which is great as it allows residents quick and easy access in and out of the area.
Residents will find that there are a number of amenities close by. This includes everything from thai restaurants to timber and hardware stores, so it’s unlikely that you’d every have to travel far to find something.
The closest school is East Brisbane State School, which sits along the nearby Wellington Road. Another option for younger children is St Joseph’s Primary School, which is three minutes drive from the development. Shafston International College is four minutes down the road, and All Hallow’s School is just a little further than that at six minutes drive.
Residents will have access to a variety of communal facilities, including a health and wellness centre with a fully equipped gym, library, rooftop pool, and outdoor cinema. There will also be a private dining room for resident’s use, and a BBQ area.
