With just five properties available, this development is small and friendly. Ideal for downsizers and families wanting a quiet location in the inner-suburbs close to the Brisbane River. The wooden-cladding on the exterior of the townhomes gives them a light and breezy look with luxury finishes and thoughtful interior design once you get inside. Fairly new to the market, one property has already been sold, with four remaining. There are no official prices available, but these properties are expected to go for over $1 million. Construction is already underway and new owners can expect to move in before Christmas this year.
We love…
But remember that…
Construction of Victoria Residences is now well underway. As you can see, it’s a little hectic on-site, but everything seems to be going well!
The luxury two-storey townhomes are located in Balmoral, which borders the riverside suburbs of Hawthorne and Bulimba. This area south of the Brisbane River is well-known for the stylish boutiques and quirky cafes of Oxford Street as well as the luxury waterfront properties.
While not located directly on the water, the Victoria Residences is in a great location just seven kilometres from the CBD, 700 metres from Oxford Street and 1.2 kilometres from the Hawthorne Ferry Terminal.
There are no communal facilities at Victoria Residences. This means however, there are also no body corporate fees.
Each three-bedroom townhouse at the Victoria Residences comes with a private pool and landscaped garden which flows nicely into the covered outdoor dining area. The ground floor living areas have bi-fold doors which can open right up to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchens have a modern design with European appliances, marble look benchtops and plenty of storage.
Each floor plan is slightly different, some with a butlers pantry and some with an island bench which is cleverly integrated with a dining table large enough for the whole family. Some master bedrooms have direct balcony access and come with a large bay window. The aspect of each property means the balconies and gardens are protected and private. Three of the properties come with double garages, one with a single garage and one with a single carport. There is one visitor space available.
Property Pro Consulting is the company behind Victoria Residences, they are Brisbane based and develop small townhouse projects in the inner-suburbs.
