Construction Updates

Construction on Aston Residences is scheduled for completion early to mid to late-2021.

The Project

Aston Residences provides buyers with an unprecedented level of luxury coupled with the convenient lifestyle that comes with the West End location. There are several unique aspects of the new townhouses at Aston Residences including the completely customisable interior design. Located only two kilometres to the city and walking distance to the lifestyle and cultural hubs of West End and South Bank, this location would appeal to mature professionals as well as downsizers who still want to be in the centre of the action.

Overall, West End is a market that’s continuously popular with renters. The median house rental price is $855 for a four-bedroom residence and $750 per week for a three-bedroom apartment. West End has a compound growth rate of approximately 1% over the last five years.

Aston Residences is a project by Australian-based developer, Effinity. Effinity has won multiple awards including the Master Builder’s Association Housing and Construction Award in 2017. Effinity focuses on design-driven outcomes, focusing on intelligent solutions, working with industry leaders to deliver environmentally-friendly projects. The landscape architecture is handled by Jeremy Ferrier, with the project architecture coming from Gatehouse. Effinity is working with KjK Interiors on the interior design and FPOV as the lighting consultant. The project has been brought to market by McGrath.
