A new apartment development currently under construction in Brisbane, Queen’s Wharf is one of the largest construction projects to take place within the CBD area in a number of years. The Residences form part of the larger Queen’s Wharf development, which is expected to become a landmark destination in the city. Queen’s Wharf Residences are located in the tallest building in the precinct. This tower is only the only residential tower that will be directly connected to the communal facilities of the integrated resort development.
There are several different types of apartments available for sale in the Queen’s Wharf Residences tower. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments available, separated into Emerald (levels 8-25), Ruby (levels 27-44) and Diamond categories (levels 45-64). Ruby and Emerald apartments will have balconies, while Diamond apartments will have winter gardens with lift and tilt windows.
One bedroom apartments are priced from $550,000, two bedroom apartments are priced from $780,000, and pricing for three-bedroom apartments can be found through application. Pricing differs between the three tiers of apartments types throughout the tower.
Other residences within the development have not been released for sale yet. Please check back soon for more information.

For now, a five minute walk will put residents on Queen Street, where they will find some of Brisbane’s best shops, cafes and restaurants.
