However with Victoria Street being located off Montague Road there may be some traffic noise at peak times. However given the apartment prices, particularly the one bedrooms, they are quite attractive and impressive. The rooftop consists of a 12 m pool, communal dining area, gym, BBQ’s and an outdoor bar area for entertaining. The rooftop retreat should have great city views.
One Apartments has ample space for parking with a three level underground car park which each apartment has an allocated a car park. There were 3 additional car spaces to be purchased, which are priced at $50,000. Each car park comes with a wall mounted bike rack, perfect for those who ride to and from work. Census data shows that West End is one of the least car dependent suburbs of Brisbane, which is due in large part to the range of amenities and facilities all within walking or riding range.
