Monogram Residences is a boutique townhouse development located in Stafford, Brisbane. There are only 10 three bedroom townhouses for sale in this Brisbane development, with their two (for the street-facing townhouses) or three (for the park-facing townhouses) levels. Prices for these new Brisbane properties start at $590,000.
Residents at Monogram Residences Stafford all have their own backyards, so there aren’t any major communal facilities, although there is a garden for all residents to use. Given that the new B Brisbane townhouses back onto Gibson Park, it’s unlikely that you’d need one though.

“The three most unique selling points for Monogram Residences Stafford are definitely its price point, the quality of the finishes, and its location,” Luke told PropertyMash. “The new townhouses for sale at Monogram are inexpensive for the quality of finishes in the interiors and exteriors, and its location — just off Webster Road, backing onto Gibson Park — means that you’re away from the traffic but still centrally located to everything.”
“This is also VIMG’s first entry into the Brisbane property market, and because they’re used to the hyper-competitive Sydney and Melbourne real estate markets, they’d bought the tactics they used there to this new development in Brisbane. This means Monogram Stafford will be using extremely high-quality finishes, and small details, like 900mm ovens and stovetops, are included in the kitchens, which makes it a bit different and special,” said Luke.
