Bexley Wooloowin: New terrace homes, apartments, and heritage-listed homes

Bexley is a new development located in the Brisbane suburb of Wooloowin comprising of terrace homes, heritage-listed residences and off-the-plan apartments. The new property development has been designed with Queensland’s climate in mind, and the goal is to create an integrated housing community once all of the construction has been completed. Bexley consists of 84 terrace homes, 188 apartments, and the seven homes in two heritage-listed buildings: the Holy Cross Convent and the Holy Cross Laundry, both built in 1888. New property for sale at Bexley Wooloowin is priced from $550,000 to $6,950,000.

The terrace homes are either three or four bedroom, and the apartments are one, two or three bedroom. The development is being built in five stages over five years, with the first stage — the terrace homes — beginning construction in mid-2019. Residents at Bexley Wooloowin will also have access to a 4,000 sqm park.
