Local school, Prince of Peace Lutheran College, is walking distance away, as is the lovely Cabbage Tree Creek Reserve and Bunyaville State Forest, which are perfect for avid adventurers to spend their weekends exploring. Groverly State School and Mitchelton State High School. Brookside Shopping Centre is also less than 3km away. Westfield Chermside is only 8km from the Everton Breeze townhouse development too.
