With just over half of the apartments now sold and construction well underway, these new apartments will be ready to move into soon, making them ideal for buyers who want to move in 2020.
A display suite is on location at 8 Churchill Street, Coolangatta. It is open Monday to Saturday, but it can be viewed outside of the times below by making an appointment.

This includes Bread and Butter, an Italian-inspired restaurant, and Cafe Kirra, which is known to be a great spot to drop in and have a coffee, or to catch up with friends.
Schools near Èlan include St Joeseph’s Primary School, which is a five minute drive away, and caters to students from Prep to Year 6. Coolangatta State School is also just two blocks down the road. Tweed River High School is eight minutes drive away, and Pacific Coast Christian School is a little further away at ten minutes. There are a number of kindergartens in the area, most within ten minutes drive.
Residents will have access to a pool, outdoor entertaining area, and a secure basement car park.
