No. 1 Grant Avenue is a new apartment project split across two buildings. The 210 one, two and three-bedroom apartments overlook the surrounding water and Hope Island Golf Course. These apartments may appeal to first home buyers, professionals and downsizers alike due to their price and location.
No. 1 Grant Avenue is a new apartment development on Hope Island. The 210 apartments are split across who buildings — which are seven and nine storeys high — and there are a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plan designs available. A large focus of the design has been on integrating indoor and outdoor living, with floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartments and larger than normal balconies.
All of the apartments will have ducted air-conditioning, as well as tiled living spaces and carpeted bedrooms. Appliances will all be stainless steel, and bench tops engineered stone. One feature of the apartments that adds value is their acoustic treatments, which exceed current Australian standards.
No. 1 Grant Avenue is also pet-friendly.
Another project on the Gold Coast that may appeal to downsizers and professionals is Elysian Broadbeach. Currently under construction, the 20-storey apartment building overlooks both the ocean and the hinterland, with two, three and four-bedroom apartments available. The apartments are priced from $835,000, and more than half have been sold. There are a wide range of floor plans to choose between.
There is a display suite for No. 1 Grant Avenue located at the project site. It is open from 10 AM to 5 PM every day, although appointments can be made to view it outside of these hours. To do so, please use the form below.
Construction has commenced at No. 1 Grant Avenue, and is expected to complete mid-2020.
No. 1 Grant Avenue is, unsurprisingly, located at 1 Grant Avenue, Hope Island. The apartment sits across the canal from a number of shops and restaurants, including the Hope Island Tavern. A Baker’s Delight and Carl’s Jr are also just across the bridge, and a few minutes drive away, residents can access the new Westfield Coomera Shopping Centre, and just further than that is the Australia Fair and Harbour Town Shopping Centres.
There are a number of schools nearby, with a mixture of public and private options. The closest primary school is Coombabah State School, which caters to students in Prep to Year 6. The project also falls under the Helensvale State High School catchment zone, catering to students in Years 7 — 12. Nine minutes away is St Francis Xavier Catholic School, and St Stephen’s College is 12 minutes away in the other direction. There are also quite a number of kindergartens in the area.
Residents will have access to a number of facilities. This includes a resident’s lounge, pool (with sun lounges), a sauna, gym/fitness centre, a zen garden, a media room, and BBQ facilities. As well as this, there will be an indoor play area for children and a pet wash bay.
No. 1 Grant Avenue is also using the help of a well-known fitness trainer to design and deliver the health club. Aniko Group, the developer, is collaborating with personal trainer Michelle Bridges, best known for her training role on The Biggest Loser, her online 12 Week Body Transformation program and her own MB Active label encompassing activewear, footwear, kitchenware and fitness equipment. The 280 sq m health club will take prime position overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens and feature a child friendly space for parents on the go.
