Elegance is a new apartment development located on the border of Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach. There are 522 apartments across two buildings planned for the Elegance apartments on the Gold Coast. The West tower includes 311 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over 45 residential levels (51 levels in all) with the penthouse level offering two, three-bedroom apartments, and one with four bedrooms. The East tower has 210 two-bed apartments over 43 residential levels (49 levels in all) with one four-bedroom apartment on the penthouse level. Prices start at $415,000.
The Elegance apartments are designed around the idea of wellness, which means it includes apartments that are all positioned according to the feng shui principles, a focus on retail and restaurants that have to do with health and well-being on the ground floor, and several recreational levels. Level Four includes a theatre and karaoke room, a gym (with separate weights and cardio rooms), a pool, outdoor deck, tennis court, meditation and zen garden retreat, a pilates room, and yoga facilities. Each tower also features a rooftop recreational level with a BBQ and seating/entertaining area.
The majority of sales have so far been to buyers in China and Sydney. The development is expected to be completed sometime in 2020.
