77 Jefferson is a boutique apartment project located at, you guessed it, 77 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach. Consisting of just eight residences across nine levels, each apartment has its own floor (the penthouse consists of two whole levels). Every apartment has 360-degree views, and every level has beach views to some extent, given the project’s position on the corner of Jefferson Lane and Palm Beach Avenue, which gives the apartments 20 meters of street frontage and securing north-east beach views even for the lower levels.
Every apartment at 77 Jefferson has some similarities in design. All have a ‘chef’s kitchen’, which includes stone benchtops and accents, a bulter’s pantry, integrated fridge and freezer, Miele appliances, and a wine fridge can be added if you would like. Timber floors come standard, along with zone controlled ducted air conditioning, frameless glazing of bedroom windows (so not to obstruct views), and concealed floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors. Each apartment also has secure ground floor parking, with two parking spaces for each floor.
The lifts are worth mentioning, as they incorporate new lift technology which allows them to pick up and drop off one apartment owner at a time in order to ensure privacy and security.
APRIL 2020: Construction on 77 Jefferson is underway, and is expected to be complete in July/August 2020.
Located at 77 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, 77 Jefferson sits just one house back from the beach. The apartments are one block off the Gold Coast Highway, which is one of the main roads connecting the Gold Coast. It is quite busy, but residents shouldn’t hear too much noise given the block of houses and apartments separating the project from the road.
Residents are located close to a number of restaurants, cafes and shops. Along the nearby Gold Coast Highway, residents will find a number of restaurants with everything from the most authentic Italian in the area to a well-loved local Thai restaurant. The cafes surrounding 77 Jefferson are considered to be some of the most aesthetically pleasing on the Gold Coast, so if you’re grabbing a coffee you might want to bring your camera along too.
Luckily, for those who may have friends and family over, there is an abundance of parking nearby. Palm Beach Avenue ends in a cul-de-sac that has a number of car parking spaces, and also provides direct beach access.
Residents will have access to the resident’s-only lounge on level 2 of the project, which will include a cinema room, kitchenette and library. On the ground floor, residents will find an outdoor shower so they can wash off after going for their morning swim in the ocean.
