Marine Quarter is a new apartment development located on the Broadwater in Southport, Gold Coast. There are a number of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments available, across several towers. The first tower — the Oceanic Tower — will have 107 apartments over 28 levels. One-bedroom apartments are priced from $408,000, two bedrooms from $515,000, three-bedroom apartments from $1,290,000 and the four-bedroom sub-penthouses start from under $2,000,000, with price on application.
A multi-development project located on the Broadwater in Southport, Marine Quarter is a massive project that will encompass a number of towers once complete. The first tower in the project, aptly named ‘The Oceanic Tower’ for the water views it will have, is currently under construction, and about 80% sold out.
Apartments across the project will have Broadwater and city views. The Marine Quarter is expected to have low body corporate fees. A drawing point of the apartments are the kilometres of running and cycling paths outside, along with Southport’s boat ramps just down the road.
Marine Quarter is located at 163-167 Marine Parade, Southport, putting it in a fantastic location for almost every type of buyer on the Gold Coast. Need to get somewhere quickly? Use Marine Parade to cut through most of the traffic and get yourself up or down the rest of the coast within minutes. Want to relax? Head to the nearby Mitchell Parklands or Len Fox Park to have a picnic or go fishing. Need to go shopping, or have dinner? There are a number of restaurants and shops just across the read, and even more just a few minutes drive away. The Health and Knowledge precinct, including the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University along with Southport CBD, are only a short drive away.
Residents will have access to a number of communal facilities across the entire development. On the podium level of the Oceanic Tower, residents will be able to use the resident’s lounge, entertainment deck and infinity pool. There will also be an outdoor BBQ and fully-equipped gym, along with several parkland lawns and gardens throughout the rest of the development.
