The Project

The Mill is a new apartment project sitting in Southport on the Gold Coast. The seven-storey project sits close to the Southport CBD, and is less than 10 minutes from the famous beaches of the Gold Coast, so the project is probably best suited to professionals who want to be close to work and play. 25 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments make up the project, and the four-bedroom penthouse tops it off.

All of the apartments are designed to allow cross-breezes through them, which is a feature we really like. The two-bedroom apartments also include an outdoor garden room, which is perfect for the green thumbs and pet owners out there. Every apartment has one parking space and a separate storage area, which is something every apartment owner is sure to appreciate. Ducted air-conditioning and timber floorboards are standard in the apartments, which is rather nice because these are often add-ons in other developments.

Residents have access to a rooftop entertainment area, which includes BBQ facilities and a dining area.

Construction Updates

UPDATE JULY 2021: The Mill has now begun construction, with an estimated completion date of Q2 2022. An onsite display is now open (by appointment only).

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2019: Construction has not begun yet, but a late 2021 completion is currently expected.

Located at 137 Eugaree Street, Southport, The Mill is an apartment development for people who work in the Southport CBD, given that it is quite literally less than four minutes away in bad traffic. There are a number of amenities close by, including restaurants, cafes and shops spread throughout the surrounding areas. Their brother school, The Southport School (or TSS), is eight minutes drive away. There are also a number of kindergartens in the area.
