Peninsular Residences is a new apartment development designed so that every part of it feels relaxing and luxurious. The 60 apartments are all priced so that young professionals and downsizers can afford the lifestyle offered, with prices starting from $499,000. The apartments, which are all two bedroom, are also slightly larger than normal, ranging between 92m² and 110m² in size (which is enough room for you and everyone you’ve got over for a dinner party).
The kitchens all include stone bench tops that are complemented by gold accents, adding a sense of luxury to the space. They also all have European appliances throughout, futher driving home the luxurious nature of these residences. The bathrooms at Peninsular Residences are designed to mimic well-known health spas. As is evident in the photos below, this is something that residents will enjoy, as the bathrooms are one of the most gorgeous parts of the apartments.
The apartments also all have floor-to-ceiling windows, which is something any Gold Coast resident will appreciate.
Residents have access to a number of amenities at Peninsular Residences. This includes a rooftop spa, gym and yoga area, along with a courtyard designed for relaxation and hosting events with friends and family.
Peninsular Residences is located at 5-7 Peninsular Drive in Surfers Paradise. The project sits one block away from the canals but doesn’t suffer for it (Peninsular Residences is set to have some incredible views). The other main draw of this location is that it is set back from the main roads and busy tourist centre of Surfers Paradise, meaning residents are able to return home and won’t have to worry about being woken up or bothered. Residents are also a few minutes walk away from Sunset Boulevard Park, which makes for a lovely picnic and weekend recreation area.
If residents have children — or want to continue studying themselves — there are a number of options within Surfers Paradise and the surrounding areas. The Griffith University Gold Coast campus is less than half an hour away by car, as is Bond University, for those continuing their tertiary education. There’s Surfers Paradise Preschool, Surfers Paradise State School, and St. Vincent’s Primary School for those who have younger children. Older children can attend The Southport School, St. Hilda’s School, or check in with the local state high schools for enrollment options.
