Allure Apartments is a six-storey building of 53 apartments on Victoria St in West End. Now sold out with rentals available, when initially launched there was a choice of one (1), two (2), or three (3) bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $375,000. One and two bedroom apartments will got one parking space, while three bedroom apartments will have two spaces. Parking will be accessible off Victoria Street. Off-street parking can be an issue with the number of new apartment buildings popping up in the immediate vicinity.
Many apartments in Allure feature excellent views of the City, however we suggest that you do take care to check if planning to buy a resale apartment, as Light & Co is a larger project that is being built nearby and may obstruct some views. The roof terrace features a swimming pool and BBQ area for residents.
Allure demonstrates some thoughtful internal design as shown in the original floor plans below. In the Type F floorplan sample below the entrance provide a private meeting point prior to entry to the apartment which is increasingly difficult to find and provides and added level of privacy for meeting guests / visitors.
At 82 m² this is a good sized 2 bedroom apartment. As with a great number of the apartments available for sale in West End at the moment, most apartments in Allure are investments. We would therefore have preferred to have seen the bedrooms separated a little more. The added privacy of separated bedrooms is a definite plus for tenants.
The West End has a broad selection of apartment projects available to buy in at the moment, with a number in close vicinity to Allure. It’s closest physical competition is Citro (only next door), Light + Co, and Ecco, just to name a few within a 100m radius of Allure.
Davies Park is within walking distance, as is most of Montague Road, which offers an eclectic mix of cafes, industrial warehouses, and small clothing boutiques. Davies Park has weekly markets every Saturday, where many locals meet to buy and sell their own produce.
Public transport by bus from Allure is excellent, with the 192 bus stop to the city just around the corner.
