4 Projects you can move into now

We’ve been talking for months now about how hot the Brisbane market is, and how difficult it can be to get into the market. The last few months of this year are shaping up to be a strong one for the performance of the property market. Buyers could be in for even more intense competition at sales than over the last few months as investors re-enter the market, and interstate buyers begin moving around more easily.

Given all of this, sometimes it can be disheartening to look at the market. After all, you might be thinking to yourself that you’ve never got a chance to buy into the Brisbane market – and especially not quickly!

Luckily for you though, we’ve bought together a few projects that you can buy into now, and move into tomorrow. All of these projects are close to the Brisbane CBD, and are in projects with a number of fantastic features. Read all about what could be your new home below.

Panorama | Bowen Hills

Panorama is a new apartment project sitting just two kilometres outside of the Brisbane CBD. The one and two-bedroom apartments are spread across 27 levels, and residents have access to two levels of residents-only facilities, including a resort-style pool, BBQ area, and a cinema. It may possibly one of the most well-connected projects in Brisbane, owing to the proximity of the Bowen Hills train station, a number of bus stops and main roads, all of which are only a few minutes walk away. Even if you didn’t want to use public transport, you could walk and be in the Brisbane CBD within less than 20 minutes!

Brisbane 1 | South Brisbane

Brisbane 1 is a fantastic option for someome looking to live close to Southbank and West End. This building is one of the the tallest towers in South Brisbane. Something that sets the design of this building apart from other apartment buildings in South Brisbane is the glass facade, which is somewhat commercial looking in style. This will give every apartment in the building floor to ceiling windows, taking advantage of the amazing views many of the apartments will have. Usually this sort of design might not lend itself to a city like Brisbane, however given the height of the tower and the views of the River and CBD, this creates a striking effect.

The Coterie | Fortitude Valley

The Coterie is a new development at 365 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. It is made up of two towers with 249 one, two and three bedroom apartments, and two penthouses. The Coterie apartments all have minimalist design features and an open-plan layout. There are several types of apartments to choose from depending on your lifestyle and budget, from first-home buyer friendly one and two bedrooms to dual-key apartments and multi-million dollar penthouses. The apartments have 2.6 metre high ceilings, triple glazed glass throughout to exclude any noise from the street and road below, and uninterrupted views of the city. Each apartment is air conditioned and has full floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors.

Utopia Space | Fortitude Valley

Utopia Space is an apartment project of 300 apartments, with a choice of one, two, or three bedrooms. Aimed at investors and young professionals, Utopia is located almost in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Apartments come with bi-fold doors to connect the balcony with the living areas which should make the indoor/outdoor space quite integrated. The balconies feature an interesting twist given Brisbane’s climate, as they are all fully enclosable with folding glass partitions. This is a nice feature as it will make the balconies quite usable. Fortitude Valley is a busy suburb, and Wickham Tce which runs beside the building carries a lot of traffic, so we would expect that most residents would take advantage of these doors.
