Drop everything: PropertyMash Autumn 2019 magazine is out now

It’s been a big year so far for PropertyMash, and there are still so many exciting things to come. While we’re still first and foremost Queensland’s only dedicated new property magazine and portal, we thought it was time to glance further afield too.

On our website, you’ll see we’ve expanded to include off-the-plan apartments as well as new house and land estates in Queensland’s regional areas. With upswing property markets in Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Cairns, there’s plenty of exciting news and projects popping up all across this great state of ours. For those looking down south, we’ve also extended our reach into one of Australia’s hottest markets: Canberra. Check out the latest from the ACT on page 14.

This edition, we turn our focus towards the planet and examine exactly what it means for new developments to be “environmentally friendly”. We take a look at the most common rating systems (page 9) and showcase the top five environmentally-friendly projects in Brisbane (page 10). We also take a walk down memory lane to the Gold Coast of the 1970s. I don’t know about you, but I would loved to have snapped up a beachfront block for $65,000 on Albatross Avenue in Mermaid Beach, which is now worth around $4 million — too bad it’s no longer 1978. Check out the photos on page 28 to see just how much the Gold Coast has evolved in the last 40 years.

Hot off the press, the Autumn 2019 magazine will be hitting the streets over the next week, being delivered to real estate agencies, cafes, medical centres, accountants, financial planners, hair salons and many more throughout South East Queensland — over 7,000 copies! Read it online now, but be sure to pick up a hard copy too. Like us to post you one? Easy done! Just subscribe here and we’ll send one out to you right away.

We really hope you enjoy our Autumn 2019 magazine!
