A new boutique apartment development located in Cotton Tree, Driftwood offers an ideal option for owner-occupiers as there are only two apartments per floor and only 10 apartments in total. Each apartment is also larger than standard for residences in the suburb, giving buys space and storage to make apartment living more comfortable than ever.
Driftwood is a boutique apartment project sitting inside Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast. With only two apartments per floor, these apartments are perhaps ideal for those who prefer a little privacy and larger apartment sizes. Designed with owner-occupiers in mind, all of the apartments at Driftwood have three bedrooms, with 2.5 bathrooms and two car parks. All of the apartments have North-East or Easterly views, which will be great for enjoying the Sunshine Coast weather year round.
There are a number of details in these apartments that are quite nice. All of the apartments have a neutral colour scheme, and an effort has been made to use natural finishes throughout the project to make it feel like a modern beach house. Every apartment also has Miele appliances throughout, along with an extra-large kitchen that will be great for serious cooks and entertainers alike.
The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms, offering more privacy (along with an ensuite bathroom with a built-in bath, which is always lovely). Every apartment has a dedicated laundry room close to a dry room, along with extra storage throughout.
Similarly to Driftwood, The Jasmine Apartments sit in a great central location: just 500 meters from a shopping centre and close to a number of main roads. The apartments have been designed with professionals and families in mind, and little details such as a functional, streamlined kitchen design and the inclusion of timber flooring as standard highlighting this.
There is no display suite for Driftwood, but interested buyers can arrange to meet with sales agents onsite to discuss the project. To do so, please use the enquiry form below.
JANUARY 2020: Construction at Driftwood is progressing well.
Located at 20 Second Avenue, Maroochydore (although technically part of Cotton Tree), Driftwood sits just off Aerodrome Road, one of the major thoroughfares in Maroochydore. This means amenities like shops, restaurants, cinemas and doctors are never far away. For example, the closest grocery store is 2-minutes drive away, and the closest doctor is only one minute away. The Maroochy RSL is just around the corner, and there are a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
There are also a number of schools in the surrounding area. The closest is just across the road: Memorial Park Community Kindergarten. Maroochydore State School is 5-minutes drive away, and it caters to children from Prep – Year 6. The closest high school is Maroochydore State High School, which is just a little further away at 6-minutes drive. Immanuel Lutheran College and Stella Maris Catholic Primary School are both less than 10 minutes away, as is the International College of Qld for residents who are doing diplomas in beauty-related industries.
Residents at Driftwood will have access to a pool and BBQ area, and sub-tropical garden areas.

Driftwood is being developed by BA Murphy Constructions. A fairly new construction and development company, BA Murphy also have several other residential and commercial projects currently underway.
