A new house and land estate geared towards both owner-occupiers and investors, Lilybrook Estate sits just 20 minutes outside of the Logan CBD. Buyers can choose between 12 different house designs, all of which have ceilings that are nearly 2.5 metres high.
Lilybrook Estate is a new house and land project sitting almost half-way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and only 20 minutes from the Logan CBD. Designed for both owner-occupiers and investors, Lilybrook consists of 52 lots, with buyers able to choose between 12 different house designs.
All of the homes at Lilybrook have been designed to have similarly-coloured exteriors, in order to ensure that the estate is aesthetically pleasing and maintains an orderly look. Each of the 12 available house designs are one level, with each home coming with a number of high-quality inclusions like a full blinds package and a landscaping package coming included in the price. The homes also all have slightly higher ceilings than normal, at 2490mm.
Similarly sitting in a very central location — although more prime for Eastern Brisbane than Logan or the Gold Coast — is Morningside Rise. This boutique complex consists of only seven townhouses; four of which have already sold. Each townhouse consists of two levels and features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage. These new residences are ready to move into now and are ideal for families and working professionals.
There is no display suite for Lilybrook Estate, however appointments can be made to view the available lots. To make an appointment, please use the enquiry form below.
Lilybrook is currently under construction. Earthworks on the project are complete, with buyers able to construct their house as soon as they’d like to.
Sitting at 34 – 40 Andrew Road, Greenbank, the development sits just around the corner from the Mount Lindesay Highway (but far enough away that residents shouldn’t hear any traffic noise). Lilybrook is in a very central location for those who regularly access Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Logan. It will take residents roughly 40 minutes to reach the Brisbane CBD via the M3, while the Gold Coast CBD is about an hour’s drive away. The Logan CBD is only 20 minutes drive away.
Down the road, residents will find a number of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Just 10 minutes drive away sits the Grand Plaza (home to an Event cinemas and JB Hi-Fi, among other shops), a Supercheap Auto, Bunnings, Officeworks — if you could potentially need it, you’ll find it in this cluster of shops sitting on the corner of the Mount Lindesay Highway and Browns Plains Road.
Buyers with children will be pleased to know that there are a number of school options in the area surrounding Lilybrook. Park Ridge Childcare and Preschool is seven minutes drive away. Regents Park State School — known for an academic program that focuses on both teaching children independence and for helping them learn in a way that suits them best — is also seven minutes down the road. High school aged children will have a number of options nearby: Park Ridge State High School is just up the road, while in the other direction you’ll find Parklands Christian College.
There are no communal facilities at Lilybrook Estate as each lot is self-contained. However, the development is located next to a future green corridor, which residents will be able to use to relax, play and workout in.

Lilybrook is being developed by Partners in Property. The Brisbane-based group have a number of projects under their belt Including Amity in Narangba and West Quarter in Richlands. Lilybrook is one of their newest projects in the Gold Coast—Brisbane corridor.
