A smaller land estate made up of only 11 lots, Roxton Meadows sits only a few minutes outside of the main shopping strip in Beerwah.
Lots at Roxton Meadows range between 600 sqm to 2, 290 sqm. There are a number of different lot sizes and designs available in the estate — the largest lot (2,290 sqm) also includes a renovated highset Queenslander, making it ideal for buyers who want to move as soon as possible. Of course, with a broad range of lot sizes available, there are options for buyers at different stages of their life: after all, a larger family may prefer a larger lot, while first home buyers may prefer a smaller lot, and someone looking for a second source of income may choose to invest in one of the duplex blocks.

Located at 9 Roxton Court, Beerwah, Roxton Meadows sits adjacent to a parkland. One of the main roads in Beerwah, Peachester Road, is just around the corner, and using it residents will be able to access almost all of the amenities in the suburb. The Beerwah Village Shopping Centre is just three minutes drive down the road (roughly 10-15 minutes walk depending on your pace). It is home to everything from pizza shops to wine bars, along with a number of other amenities including the local library and post office. The train station is in this village, which is ideal for those who commute to work in either Brisbane or along the Sunshine Coast.
Active people will love the area. If you’re an avid golfer, then you’ll be happy to note that the Beerwah and District Golf Course is only five minutes away. Hikers and bikers alike will find a number of trails through the nearby Glasshouse Mountains and parklands.
For peace of mind, it’s good to know how close amenities like hospitals and fire stations are. The closest hospital is half an hour away (the new Sunshine Coast Hospital in Birinya), although there are a number of doctors surgeries no more than five minutes away. The Beerwah Fire Station sits in the Beerwah Village, as does the local police station. The local vet is also in Beerwah Village, so it’s just a three-minute drive away. If you have an exotic pet, then it’ll be comforting to know that Australia Zoo is only ten minutes down the road.
There are a number of schools in the surrounding area. Beerwah State School, which caters to children in Prep to Year 6, is only a minute away from Roxton Meadows. Another primary school in the area is Glasshouse Christian College (which also has an attached high school, so children can stay in one school for their entire education if they want). Glasshouse Christian College is the only ‘Apple (of the iPhone fame) Distinguished School‘ on the Sunshine Coast. Beerwah State High School is an alternative option for children in grades 7 through to 12.
