The Terraces at Bokarina Beach, also known as Bokarina Terraces, is a new townhome project inside the Bokarina Beach masterplanned development. The Terraces have recently finished construction, meaning they are ready to move into today — or as soon as buyers are ready!
The Terraces is a newly completed townhouse project located inside Stockland’s new Bokarina Beach precinct.
All of the townhouses have a very modern design, although we would say it’s also definitely mixed in with a Hamptons-inspired beach look. This is evident in the timber flooring and marble benchtops and splashbacks throughout the kitchen and main living areas. There are two different colour schemes available across the townhouses (Light and Dark). Each of the townhouses has carpeted bedroom areas, which are all located upstairs. There are fans throughout the main living areas and bedrooms.
A major element of the townhouse designs is the inclusion of several ‘entertainment areas’ (as they are being called by Stockland) throughout. These spaces sit both indoors and outdoors, and many are designed so that they flow from one space to another; the spaces include the balconies, terraces and indoor coutyard areas that help bring light into the centre of the townhouses (of course, this depends on the townhouse design chosen — not all of the floor plans have every option). These open-plan spaces really help to elevate the townhouses by providing both more available floor area for residents to use, but also by showing that the townhouses utilise the area they have to the full capacity.
It’s important to note that each of the townhouses are freehold. There are no body corporate fees at The Terraces.
The Stockland Bokarina Beach display home and sales office is located at 20 Bokarina Boulevard, Bokarina. The display is open by appointment or during its daily opening hours. To book an appointment, please use the form below.
Construction is complete.
Located along Bokarina Boulevard, Barrel Street and Quiver Street, The Terraces sit along the main entry way to the Stockland Bokarina Beach precinct, with almost all of the townhouses sit along the two side streets (Barrel Street and Quiver Street). Residents will have great access to the nearby Nicklin Way, which is the main road running through this section of the Sunshine Coast. Using this road, they can be in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and the Sunshine Coast Aiprort in less than 20 minutes.
There are numerous amenities close to The Terraces however, so residents won’t need to travel that far. Within five minutes of The Terraces resdidents will find over 20 restaurants and cafes, many of which are considered local favourites. Many of them also offer take-away options, which is great for those nights you want to bunker down at home and relax. Once the entire development is complete, there will be cafes and shops onsite.
For those with children, there are a few options in the surrounding area. Five minutes drive will put residents close to C&K Kawana Community Kindergarten and Preschool. If your children are slightly older, you might decide to send them to the Kawana Waters State College Primary Campus, or the senior campus of the school, known as the Kawana Waters State College. Another nearby option is Pacific Lutheran College, another Prep to Year 12 co-educational school in the area.
The University of the Sunshine Coast‘s main campus at Sippy Downs is just under 15 minutes drive away.
Residents will have access to a number of communal facilities, owing to the size of the Bokarina Beach development. Not only will there be a large wetland, but there will also be a public access club facility, a large lake (known as ‘Lake Square’), and a golf course. On the nearby Bokarina Boulevard and Kombi Streets residents will find a retail precinct.
The Bokarina Beach development also has beach access, so residents can be in the water in less than two minutes from most areas of the estate grounds.
The Terraces at Bokarina Beach are being developed by Stockland. Australia’s largest diversified property group (with more than 60 years of experience in the market), Stockland are well known for their larger projects throughout Queensland.
