  • 35 two and three-bedroom apartments priced from $595,000
  • Located at 33-35 Saltair Street, Kings Beach
  • Construction is complete
  • Only a few apartments remain for sale at Saltair Rise
  • High quality inclusions like washed oak timber floors add a touch of luxury to the apartments

The Project

Saltair Rise is a new apartment development located in the sought-after Sunshine Coast suburb of Kings Beach.

At six levels Saltair Rise is much taller than the surrounding properties, giving most residents views over the surrounding area to the water. The 35 two and three-bedroom apartments all have two bathrooms, along with extra storage and two car parks in the secure garage. The inclusion of two car parks per property is very nice, as it indicates that the developer designed these apartments with owner-occupiers in mind.

Each apartment is finished to a high quality. Washed oak timber flooring is a really nice inclusion at these price points — it’s usually a costly addition to have timber flooring! The timber look is continued in accents in the kitchens, which really helps to tie the spaces to together nicely. The apartments also have stone benchtops, SMEG stainless steel appliances, reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning (perfect for those hot Queensland summers!), and floor-to-ceiling or extra large windows wherever possible.

Residents can expect body corporate fees to start from $2,800 per year — this is roughly $54 per week, which is much lower than the Kings Beach average.

Location

Located at 33-35 Saltair Street, Kings Beach, Saltair Rise is a great spot for those who want to be close to the action while still in a more quiet area. The apartments sit near the top of a hill, giving them great views over the surrounding area. Given the project’s proximity to Kings Beach, residents will find a number of the best restaurants and cafes in the area just a few minutes down the road. The main strip of shops, cafes and restaurants in Caloundra, located on Bulcock Street and some of Bowman Road, is a five minute drive away, making shopping or catching up with friends incredibly easy.

Anyone who loves getting out and about will appreciate the area. There are more than a few parks within a few minutes walk (there are six in less than 10 minutes), which offer a variety of parkland ‘styles’; traditional playgrounds can be found at some, while others are home to amphitheaters. The Caloundra Street Fair — weekly Sunday markets — is just two minutes away. The Caloundra Library is just a little further than that. If you’re into the Arts, it’ll be comforting to know that The Events Centre is less than five minutes drive.

The apartments are only a few minutes away from the water. Kings Beach is considered by many to be one of the most family-friendly beaches in Queensland, owing to the fact it is patrolled and has a waterpark/playground and public oceanside saltwater pool.

There are a number of schools in the area. This includes Caloundra State High School and Caloundra Primary School, the two state schools in the area. Private school options include Caloundra Christian CollegeOur Lady of the Rosary School and Caloundra City Private School.

Communal Facilities

Residents will have access to a number of facilities. This includes a swimming pool, BBQ area, and landscaped gardens. All of these spaces have been made to encourage residents to interact with one another, while also being ideal for hosting small private events with friends and family.
