The Project

Blue at Lavender Bay offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments each appointed with bespoke joinery, premium finishings and natural stone kitchens appointed with Gaggenau appliances. Underfoot, you will find either stone or timber flooring, which can be customised to each apartment. South-facing apartments have floor-to-ceiling sleek curved wintergardens, while the north-facing balconies are fitted with fritted glass screens, which provides an aspect of “outdoor living”, as well as privacy. All apartments have plenty of storage spaces and large built-in wardrobes as well as an internal laundry.

The two-bedroom apartments are all appointed with two bathrooms and a single secure car space, whereas the large three-bedroom apartments come with two car spaces as standard. The larger three-bedroom apartments also have a large free-standing bath in the main bathroom, which creates a statement and adds to the grandeur of the residences.
