With apartments and townhouses in a number of configurations, there is something for every buyer at The Harrington Collection. The luxurious apartments sit in one of the most sought-after suburbs in the city, and are close to the CBD, schools and amenities alike.
The Harrington Collection is a large apartment and townhouse development located in The Rocks. The Sydney project consists of 53 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses in a number of floor plan configurations.
There are five different sections of the development that buyers can buy into: ‘The Penthouses’, ‘Gloucester Terraces’, ‘The Harrington’, ‘The Cambridge’, and ‘Bakers Terrace’. ‘Gloucester Terraces’ is made up of seven two and three-bedroom two-storey townhouses with western orientations (so residents will get to enjoy that afternoon sun year-round). ‘The Harrington’ is the main part of the development: 40 two, three and four-bedroom apartments, sub-penthouses and penthouses (‘The Penthouses’). Some of the apartments have views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. The nine homes in ‘The Cambridge’ all have at least two street frontages, and come in one, two and three-bedroom configurations. They will sit at the northern end of the development site, and has a similar design to the apartments at ‘The Harrington’. The level six penthouse has both Harbour and Opera House views as well. ‘Bakers Terrace’ consists of two three-bedroom heritage-listed townhouses that have been restored both inside and out. They have Gloucester Street frontages.
All of the apartments and townhouses have the same neutral colour scheme, and nautral stone is used throughout. Herringbone timber flooring will be used in all living and dining areas, which help these apartments and townhouses feel more like a traditional home. Sub Zero/Wolf appliances will be used in the kitchens.
The display suite for The Harrington Collection is located onsite and is open by appointment only. However, interested buyers can also check out the virtual display suite, which allows them to walk through the space. To make an appointment to visit the display suite, please use the enquiry form.
Construction at The Harrington Collection has commenced. Please check back soon for more information.
Located at 85 Harrington Street, The Rocks, The Harrington Collection is just down from the Cahill Expressway. This may mean that residents hear some noise during particularly busy peak hours.
The Rocks is well known for having a large collection of restaurants and cafes, some of which consistently make ‘best of’ or ‘top 10’ lists. Quay Restaurant, although expensive, is well-worth the visit, and Motown Coffee Brewers — which some consider to be home to the best breakfast in Sydney — is just two minutes down the road. Of course, if you want something more relaxed, then Harts Pub is only a minute away and is a local favourite.
There are several schools close by, owing to the projects proximity to the Sydney CBD. Fort Street Public School, which caters for primary-school aged children, is 900 meters away. St Andrew’s Cathedral School, which caters to children from Kindergarten to Year 12, is co-educational and is known for its strong academic programmes. For those who are more musically inclined, the Conservatorium High School is six minutes away. The state’s only specialist music high school has been running for over 100 years now.
Residents at The Harrington Collection will have access to a rooftop entertainment area. This space will include a spa, dining and lounge facilities.
