With two and three bedroom apartment designs available, Curio is a new entry in the Upper Mount Gravatt property market. Designed with young professionals (or investors who want to rent to young professionals) in mind, they are located a few minutes walk away from Westfield Garden City.
Curio is a new apartment development in Upper Mount Gravatt. The two and three-bedroom apartments are designed for young professionals, with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas and integrated indoor and outdoor areas. A feature we like is that all apartments all have a separate internal laundry, a nice feature which helps make apartment living less cluttered. The ability to hid your washing away is something I think we can all appreciate.
Curio apartments also all have slightly above average storage areas, which is again a good attribute as it helps them manage the household more efficiently. All of the apartments are finished in neutral tones, in order to allow buyers to decorate the spaces and make them their own.
There is air-conditioning to all the living spaces and bedrooms, along with ceiling fans in the bedroom, which will help residents make the most of Queensland weather year-round. The balconies are also screened to ensure privacy. Two-bedroom apartments have one car park in the secure basement, and are priced from $482,000. Three-bedroom apartments have two parking spaces, and are priced from $601,000.
A similar project to Curio is Brisbane Skytower. Although a much larger development, Brisbane Skytower similarly has a number of apartments that are designed for young professionals who are looking for a home where they can enjoy their lifestyle. Sitting inside the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Skytower has one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments on offer, priced from $492,000.
There is no display suite for Curio. Please register to book an inspection.
Construction is well underway, as you can see in the photo below.
Curio is located at 27-31 Mascar Street, Upper Mount Gravatt. This places the new project a street back from Mount Gravatt Capalaba Road, and roughly ten minutes walk away from Westfield Garden City. Whilst it is close to Mount Gravatt Capalaba Road which is a major 4 lane transit route, traffic noise when we were onsite was negligible.
Westfield Garden City is home to a number of stores and restaurants, including San Churro, Priceline, and Myer. There are also a number of other restaurants and stores along the nearby Logan Road.
There are a number of schools within a 15-minute drive of Curio. This includes St Bernard’s Catholic School, MacGregor State High School, both the Nathan and Mount Gravatt campuses of Griffith University.
