A new townhouse project in Red Hill, Fulcher Lane is a great project for buyers who would like to customise their new home. With all of the townhouses customisable to an extent — including adding a fourth bedroom or a pool — and located next to the training grounds for the Brisbane Broncos, Fulcher Lane could potentially be ideal for professionals, young families and downsizers.
Fulcher Lane is a new townhouse development located in Red Hill, adjacent to the training grounds for the Brisbane Broncos. The 20 three-bedroom plus multi-purpose room townhouses are priced from $859,000. Each townhouse is spread across three levels for a total 198 sqm interior space. A welcome feature of the project is that buyers can tailor the townhouse designs to suit their individual needs, which can include adding a private lift, a pool, different appliances, or floor plan configurations in some areas of the townhouse. Being able to customise a new home in this way is still relatively rare for apartments and townhouses / townhomes.
All of the townhouses have a ‘Queenslander’ style exterior, to ensure they blend in well with the surrounding established houses. They also have double garages, open-plan living and dining areas, and all three bedrooms are on the top floor, providing privacy, some views and also to capture breezes.
A townhouse project similar to Fulcher Lane — although much larger — is Parc Sunnybank Hills. The townhouse project is made up of 93 four-bedroom townhouses. The project has been designed with families in mind, which is evident in not only the townhouse designs themselves — which are all four-bedroom with space for two cars — but also in the greater development, which includes landscaped 7,000 sqm parkland and impressive facilities. Prices start from $579,000.
A display suite sits close to the development at 112 Fulcher Road, Red Hill. Appointments can be made to view it using the enquiry form below.
Construction is expected to begin in mid-to-late 2020.
Located at 102 Fulcher Road, Red Hill, Fulcher Lane sits next to the Broncos Leagues Club and the surrounding parklands. Due to this, there is a number of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area, including The Ground Coffee and Food, which is popular with locals and rugby players alike for its high-quality food and coffee. Of course, it’s also a great spot to have a snack while you watch the players train. The Brisbane CBD is just under 15 minutes drive away, and residents will also have access to a number of bus stops, which should get them into the city in less than half an hour, even in peak hour traffic.
There are a number of schools in the immediate area. The closests primary schools are Ithaca Creek State School and St Finbarr’s Primary School. Both are co-educational primary schools for children in Prep to Year 6. If you have high school aged children, there are a number of schools close by. This includes QACI — or the Queensland Academies Creative Industries campus —which is an independent state high school for students seeking their International Baccalaureate (IB). Other high schools include both Brisbane Grammar School and Brisbane Girls Grammar School, which are less than eight minutes drive away. Kelvin Grove State College is roughly 10 minutes drive away, as is the Queensland University of Technology, for those continuing their tertiary education.
There are no communal facilities for Fulcher Lane
