Naia Broadbeach is a 24-level new apartment development, with 97 apartments on the Gold Coast. The $88 million development is set to rise in the heart of a small residential enclave bordering Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach. The large one, two and three-bedroom apartments will include clean, sophisticated finishes and large outdoor entertainment areas.

The Naia Broadbeach project was announced on December 16 2017, and has since then reached over $20 million in sales. This sales trajectory indicates that construction will be commencing on site early 2019 with a completion date scheduled for late 2020. Designed by TVS, a well-known company from the coast, the exterior of the building is wave and seaside inspired. Complete with curved balconies, the design is striking and makes the owner-occupier focus clear. Residences in apartments from Level 11 and upwards receive panoramic ocean views (as this is not beachfront views could eventually be built out). The one-bedroom apartments start at $380,000 with two bedrooms from $560,000 and three-bedrooms from $1,185,000.
The 23rd level of the building will host two dual-level, north-facing penthouses. Each penthouse will have its own private rooftop terrace and spa pool as well as luxury finishes throughout. Each penthouse has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and over 90m² of outdoor space. These start at $2.8 million.
The display suite for Naia Broadbeach is open daily, from 10am to 4pm, at 28 Alexandra Avenue, Broadbeach. This is directly adjacent to the building site, so you should have no trouble finding it.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Fencing has gone up around the site, with construction expected to begin in early 2019.
Also located in Broadbeach, Qube apartments on Jubilee Avenue have recently been completed and area ready to move in to now. Similarly to Naia, Qube also has a full floor of residential facilities, offering buyers resort-style living with next-level convenience. There is a range of two and three-bedroom apartments available, with prices starting at $550,000.

For those with children or grandchildren, the closest primary schools in the area are Broadbeach State School which is only 180 metres away. There are plenty of childcare facilities in the area as well. Naia Broadbeach offers buyers a hotel-style rooftop space on Level 24 of the new apartment building. With a large pool, rooftop lounge, gym and BBQ area this exclusive recreational area will offer an excellent spot to relax and take in the ocean views. In fact, we wouldn’t blame you for alternating between the rooftop pool and the beach all summer long.
Each apartment comes standard with one car park as a minimum. Three car parks are included with the penthouses. The one and two-bedroom apartments offer one designated car space each, while three three-bedroom apartments offer two. Onsite management will be provided by family-owned Tourism Holdings Pty Ltd.
Naia Broadbeach offers spacious apartments that have been designed with owner-occupiers in mind. With plenty of storage space, these apartments are great for downsizers looking to fulfil the dream of retiring by the beach.
The two-bedroom apartments sit around 80m² internally with some balconies as large as 25m². The three-bedroom apartments have an interior space of approximately 130m², which is a very decent size. This is complemented by a large balcony again, at around 35m².
The bathrooms offer double sinks and showers with full glass screening. Large floor-to-ceiling feature tiles create a clean look throughout the bathrooms and ensuite. The majority of the apartment floor plans offer a kitchen with a large breakfast bar and plenty of inbuilt storage space. Floor-to-ceiling glass throughout the kitchen and living spaces, opening out to spacious, curved balconies maximises the natural light and sea-breeze which will flow through these apartments beautifully.

The air conditioning is ducted throughout the building, offering reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout the apartments. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are finished with quality European appliances including a built-in dishwasher.
The penthouse kitchens include stone benchtops, soft-close cabinets, a chrome sink mixer and a ZIP tap as well as being finished with Gaggenau appliances which include a 900mm oven and wine fridge.
Body corporate at Naia will be approximately $67 – $98 per week for the one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The developers of Naia are Jun Xin Oceanscape. This Chinese property development company has offices based in Australia and a track record of developing medium-to-large scale projects throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Australia and several major cities in China. Most recently, they have developed Solace Quays, a townhouse development in Hope Island.
Eastview are the project managers and have worked with several other successful Gold Coast property projects including Northcliffe Residences and Spirit in Surfers Paradise, Cambridge Residences in Robina and the recently completed IVY95 which is also in Broadbeach.
