Sequana Logan Reserve is a new land estate with river frontage, off Glen Road in the Queensland city of Logan. Walking tracks, a bird reserve, secure dog parks, bike tracks and a master designed park are just a few of the amenities on offer.

The Project

Situated at the halfway mark between Brisbane CBD and Surfers Paradise, Sequana sits on 340 metres of scenic river frontage.

The name, Sequana, is based on the Gallo-Roman word meaning ‘river goddess’, and the developers have worked to integrate the stretch of water into the project as much as possible. With 950 residents expected to call Sequana home, the semi-rural area will develop into a community all its own, with young families expected to be the majority of purchasers.

According to the current master plan, there will be 242 lots at Sequana upon completion. While there are blocks as large as 1,081 square metres, the majority of blocks sit between the 400 and 500 square-metre mark. The average frontage of land for sale in the current stage, 2A, is 14 metres. There are 21 different builders supplying house and land packages at Sequana, including Oracle Platinum, Metricon, GJ Gardener, Bold Living and Hallmark Homes. Land at Sequana can be purchased independently or as a house and land package. The majority of packages sit under (or around) $450,000, making this development suitable for first-home buyers and young families.

The Location

This $55-million house and land community is one of the only developments in Logan Reserve with land for sale that is master-planned and to take advantage of the Logan River. Part of the Logan City Council, this area is earmarked for growth over the next 20 years and as a result, the area is due to see an increase in public amenities. Sequana is a 20-minute drive from Logan Hyperdome and 15 minutes away from Logan Hospital. Logan Reserve State School and the community kindergarten are located just up the road off Logan Reserve Road, making Sequana the perfect estate for families. The area is also noted as a reserve for the rainbow bee-eater bird, so you can expect to see these stunning, colourful birds around new homes at Sequana.

Communal Facilities

Sequana Logan Reserve includes a lovely central park, named Sequana Park, with a state-of-the-art playground and kick about, as well as BBQs and covered seating areas. There are also two dog parks (for small and large dogs) and walking trails down by the river.
