Ballade Residences are a new apartment development in the sought-after ‘Poet’s Corner’ of Norman Park. There are 38 apartments available, and buyers can choose between two different colour schemes for their apartment, each equally striking, to make their apartment feel more unique. One, two and three bedroom apartments are available, and residents have access to a rooftop terrace area, which has 360-degree views of the Brisbane CBD and surrounding skyline. Prices are available on application.
There is no display suite on site, so viewings and sales are at the Catapult Property Group head office in James Street. These are available by appointment.
Ballade is a new three-storey apartment development in Norman Park. The 38-apartment project has a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments available, all of which have their own laundries and at least one carpark. The two and three-bedroom apartments have one or two bathrooms, and all of the master bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom and walk-in-wardrobe. The open kitchen, living and dining areas will help to make the apartments feel quite large, and they connect to the balcony or courtyard of each apartment, allowing for the outdoor spaces to be easily utilised. The apartments range in size from 53 to 140 sqm in size internally, with balconies/courtyards ranging between 11 and 81 sqm. Prices are available on application.

Ballade is located about a two-minute walk from the Norman Park train station, which may mean that residents will be able to hear the trains on quieter nights, but is ideal for commuters of any type. Normal Park sits just down the road, and with it, there are several open fields, playgrounds and walking paths. The closest school is Norman Park State School, which is about two minutes away by car, and 10 minutes if you walk. Coorparoo Secondary College is three minutes away in the opposite direction if you have older children.
Residents have access to a rooftop recreational area, which, as we mentioned, has 360-degree views of the Brisbane CBD skyline. The rooftop recreation area is designed for residents to use just lounging around or to hosting dinners with family and friends.
Please enquire below for additional floor plans.
Ballade Residences is being built by Catapult Property Group, a hands-on developer founded in 2013. Catapult Property Group have a number of projects throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales.
