Sitting with a short stroll to Parliament House in Canberra, Estate is said to be one of the last opportunities to buy within the parliamentary precinct. The new apartment project is perhaps most suited for owner-occupiers given its location and design features, but investors may be attracted by its excellent location.
Estate is a new apartment development located in Forrest, Canberra. With one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments on offer, there is something for every type of buyer, from young professionals to downizers. Each apartment is said to be “designed to feel like a penthouse”, with views to Canberra’s most iconic landmarks or landscapes. Overall finishes are of a high quality. A nice feature we like (we love our wine!) is that each apartment has its own wine cellar, which were in part designed by Tyson Stelzer, one of Australia’s premier wine personalities.
There are three different colour schemes available, allowing each resident to express their personality. The apartments also all have Villeroy and Boch tapware, Gaggenau appliances and quartz Caesarstone bench tops, along with custom-made joinery and vanities.
A similar project to Estate is ISKIA, an apartment project that has almost finished construction. Located in Campbell, ISKIA consists of 125 one, two and three bedroom apartments, along with retail offerings along the plaza level.
The display suite for Estate is located at 1 Hobart Avenue, Forrest. It is open by appointment.
Construction is well underway at Estate, with the first floor and walls on their way up.
Estate is located on the corner of State Circle and Canberra Avenue, Forrest. The new apartments are built on a perpendicular axis to St. Andrew’s church, and are just down the road from Parliament House. Estate is also close to a number of Canberra’s top private schools, and Australian National University (or ANU, as it’s known), making it ideal for young professionals thinking of starting a family in the future. The airport is 10 minutes away, and the Kingston dining precinct is only few minutes walk, meaning everything owners could need is easily accessible.
There are no communal facilities at Estate, although residents will have access to landscaped grounds throughout the development.
