With one, two and three-bedroom apartments available, Aspen Village will be attractive to professionals and smaller families due to its great location and a large number of amenities close by.
A new apartment project set to redevelop the precinct it sits in, Aspen Village offers buyers one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Aspen Village replaces the former ‘Jardin’ development that was sitting on the same site.
All of the apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, to increase the amount of light let in, and give residents better views. A number of the apartments will have views of either Lake Tuggeranong or the Brindabellas Mountains (or both). Both of these spaces are easily accessible, making the development great for those who regularly go boating or mountain biking (or skiing, considering that the Jindabyne snowfields are about two hours away).
Residents have access to a large number of facilities: The Alpine Bathhouse (which has saunas and private spa rooms) and The Summit (a rooftop entertainment area). There will also be a number of shops and restaurants onsite once the development is complete.
The display suite for Aspen Village is located at the corner of Anketell Street and Reed Street, Greenway, just 700 metres away from the development site. It is open by appointment only. To make an appointment, please use the enquiry form.
Construction is expected to begin in September 2020, and continue for roughly two or three years. Please check back soon for more information.
Located on the corner of Anketell Street and Oakden Street, Greenway, Aspen Village is next to Lake Tuggeranong. Drakeford Drive (the main road in the area leading to the Canberra CBD) is easily accessible, getting residents to Canberra in roughly 25 minutes.
The Tuggeranong Hyperdome is 3-minutes drive down the road, and residents will find everything they could need there. It is home to a number of restaurants (Little Istanbul is a local favourite), cafes, and shops like Woolworths and Target.
There are a number of schools within 15-minutes drive of Aspen Village, which is great news for residents with children (or who plan to have children in the coming years). The closest is Trinity Christian School, which is a co-educational primary school. Namadgi School, which caters to children from Prep to Year 10 (children in Canberra attend colleges or trade schools for years 11 and 12) is 7-minutes away. The closest college is Lake Tuggeranong College, which is 3-minutes down the road.
Residents will have access to three main areas with facilities and amenities. ‘The Village’ is set to include a number of bars, cafes and restaurants, along with a grocer, bottle shop and gym. ‘The Summit’, a resident’s only facility, is a 2,200m² rooftop entertaining space with an indoor-outdoor bar, heated infinity-edge pool, private lounge areas (that can be booked for events), BBQ and dining facilities, fire pits and a lawn area. If that wasn’t enough, residents also have access to the ‘Alpine Bathhouse’, the 100m² home of resort-style amenities like three private indoor/outdoor spa rooms and a 12-person sauna with views over the nearby Lake Tuggeranong.
The rest of the facilities — the concierge, car wash and chef’s kitchen and dining area — are spread throughout the development.

Aspen Village is being developed by both Geocon and Empire Global. Both companies have a lot of experience in the development industry. Other projects by Geocon include High Society and Grand Central Towers, while Empire Global has been involved with The Establishment and SQ1 Southquay Greenway.
