High Society is a dual-building project that forms the second stage of Geocon’s master-planned Republic development in Belconnen. On completion, High Society will be the tallest building in Canberra, with one tower sitting at 113m tall, and the other at 100m tall. The rooftop observation deck at High Society will be open to the public, although all other amenities will be exclusive for residents. Also in the Republic project is the Dusk apartments (which is in the list below) and Republic apartments. Combined, the three residential projects will bring a further 1,200 apartments to the Belconnen area.

Mulberry is the first stage of Soho, a new 2.9-hectare development in Dickson, Canberra. Sitting on the southern-most corner of the block, Mulberry forms part of the residential wing of Soho. The 409-apartment project is spread across five buildings, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments available. The project has been designed with a focus on creating apartments that are attractive yet functional. This has resulted in open-plan kitchen and living areas, and larger-than-normal balconies. Mulberry will also have a number of green spaces for residents to take advantage of, including the zen garden on top of one of the buildings.

ISKIA is a new apartment development in the heart of Canberra, located close to the Parliamentary Triangle and the CBD. These new apartments for sale are located in the suburb of Campbell and sit on Constitution Avenue, one of the roads connecting the parliamentary corridor in Canberra, Australia’s Capital City. Dusk, a new apartment project in Belconnen, is designed with professionals in mind. Positioned inside the massive Republic project, Dusk has water views from most apartments and is located in the Belconnen Town Centre on the edge of Lake Ginninderra, Canberra.
