The Avani Terraces townhouse project is located in the Canberra suburb of Greenway. The two, three and four-bedroom townhouses development is the newest entry into the ACT property market by developer, 3 Property Group. Designed to be functional and luxurious, Avani brings the best of townhouse living to a growing suburb. The townhouses have slightly larger-than-standard living rooms and kitchens, along with integrated indoor/outdoor areas, so residents can enjoy the atmosphere.

High Society is a dual-building project that forms the second stage of Geocon’s master-planned Republic development in Belconnen. On completion, High Society will be the tallest building in Canberra, with one tower sitting at 113m tall, and the other at 100m tall. The rooftop observation deck at High Society will be open to the public, although all other amenities will be exclusive for residents. Also in the Republic project is the Dusk apartments (which is in the list below) and Republic apartments. Combined, the three residential projects will bring a further 1,200 apartments to the Belconnen area.

Mulberry is the first stage of Soho, a new 2.9-hectare development in Dickson, Canberra. Sitting on the southern-most corner of the block, Mulberry forms part of the residential wing of Soho. The 409-apartment project is spread across five buildings, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments available. The project has been designed with a focus on creating apartments that are attractive yet functional. This has resulted in open-plan kitchen and living areas, and larger-than-normal balconies. Mulberry will also have a number of green spaces for residents to take advantage of, including the zen garden on top of one of the buildings.

On Forbes is an apartment development situated in the suburb of Turner, in Canberra. On Forbes sits just a few minutes from the city and 7km from Capital Hill. Located on a tree-lined street, the off-the-plan apartments at On Forbes also offer high-end finishes and rooftop facilities and employs innovated energy-saving strategies. ISKIA is a new apartment development in the heart of Canberra, located close to the Parliamentary Triangle and the CBD. These new apartments for sale are located in the suburb of Campbell and sit on Constitution Avenue, one of the roads connecting the parliamentary corridor in Canberra, Australia’s Capital City. The project consists of 125 one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as 10 premium residences which are already sold out. The ground floor opens out to a large plaza where a mix of office, retail and a prominent Canberra restaurant, cafe and juice bar will operate. ISKIA will appeal to Canberra resident’s who want to live in one of the most prestigious addresses in Australia. It’s also a great option for interstate and international investors looking for an ideally positioned premium pad when they come to town for business (and perhaps meetings with the Prime Minister).
While there are few apartments remaining for sale at ISKIA, Hindmarsh’s new project Seventy One is certainly worth taking a look at as it is of similarly high quality!

Grand Central Towers offers a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a range of dual-key floor plans as well as large penthouse suites also available. Located at the Woden junction in Phillip, this project is perfectly located to take full advantage of Stage 2 of the Canberra light rail. This dual-building project will sit at 26 storeys and 18 storeys on completion. Grand Central Towers is architecturally designed with apartments featuring curved north-facing facades to provide views out to the Bindabellas, Black Mountain and the National Arboretum. Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows, providing open and light-filled living. With one, two and three-bedroom apartments, Embark is a great project for those who regularly commute to the Canberra CBD. According to the developer, the multi-stage development is proving popular with professionals and families so far. There are a number of different apartment configurations at Embark. There are one, two and three-bedroom options, each of which are designed for different types of buyers. The one and two-bedroom apartments are geared towards professionals and downsizers, while the three-bedroom apartments have been designed with families in mind.

Dusk, a new apartment project in Belconnen, is designed with professionals in mind. Positioned inside the massive Republic project, Dusk has water views from most apartments and is located in the Belconnen Town Centre on the edge of Lake Ginninderra, Canberra. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are spread across 22 levels, and all have floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great feature considering the water views most apartments will have. The new apartments will be part of the massive Republic precinct, which is home to a number of other apartment projects (more than 1,200 apartments once complete!). This means that residents at Dusk will be able to benefit from the redevelopment of the area, and access to all the new stores and restaurants that will be moving in over the next few years.

Located in the sought-after Canberra suburb of Throsby, the Tempo Collective is a neighbourhood precinct composed of four boutique developments; Adagio and Andante, Vivace and Allegro, each offering buyers something different. The four offerings at Tempo Collective all represent a speed of music, with Adagio meaning ‘slowly’, Andante meaning ‘moderately slowly’, Vivace meaning ‘lively’ and Allegro meaning ‘cheerful and fast’.
