Dusk, a new apartment project in Belconnen, is designed with professionals in mind. Positioned inside the massive Republic project, Dusk has water views from most apartments and is located in the Belconnen Town Centre on the edge of Lake Ginninderra, Canberra.
Dusk is a new apartment project located inside the new Republic precinct in Belconnen. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are spread across 22 levels, and all have floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great feature considering the water views most apartments will have. The new apartments will be part of the massive Republic precinct, which is home to a number of other apartment projects (more than 1,200 apartments once complete!). This means that residents at Dusk will be able to benefit from the redevelopment of the area, and access to all the new stores and restaurants that will be moving in over the next few years.
There are three main colour schemes for the apartments at Dusk: Sunshine, Industrialist, and Nocturne. As highlighted in the images above, these are all very neutral, although the colour schemes allow residents a level of customisation of their apartments. All of the apartments will have SMEG appliances throughout.
Construction is now complete.

Dusk is located at 1 Edmonstone Place, Belconnen. This puts it inside the new Republic precinct, which is undoubtedly a drawcard for interested buyers because there will be a number of new restaurants, cafes and other shops moving into the area. Besides this, there is already a well-established shopping centre and district surrounding the development, owing to its central location. This means that most amenities a buyer may need — such as a pharmacy, gym, Westfield shopping centre or even bowling alley — are all less than 10 minutes’ walk away.
There are a number of schools in the area. The University of Canberra is the biggest, with both the main university campus and the Senior Secondary College campus within five minutes of Dusk. Macquarie Primary School is the closest school for children in Prep to Year 6, whilst both Canberra High School and Radford College cater to students in their final years of schooling.
Level 13 of Dusk contains the private resident’s level. Everything from a library to a gourmet chef’s kitchen is on this level, with other notable inclusions being the lounge, dining room, and the outdoor rooftop terrace.
