Quite a lot of commuters are choosing to buy land in this area due to its central location between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Acreage and smaller lots available.

Pimpama is considered to be one of the best places to raise a family on the Gold Coast, due to the quality of schools in the area. With the suburb adjacent to the highway, means travelling up and down the coast is easy. Several estates are currently under construction, with more planned over the coming years.

Despite most people thinking of North Stradbroke Island as the ideal place to live, South Stradbroke is coming into its own. Significantly less expensive than its northern neighbour, lots are also slightly larger.

The transport connections around Helensvale have made the riverfront land and new land estates popular with commuters and downsizers. The suburb also boasts a large Westfield shopping centre.

Sitting just three kilometres from Surfers Paradise, Benowa is an inner-city suburb on the Gold Coast that is popular with families. Benowa is close to shops, dining options and activities yet is still a relatively quiet area.
