Where to find new land in Brisbane

As the city expands, new land is harder and harder to come by. Many people think that to get a brand-new plot they have to venture miles from the city, and therefore the convenience of public transport, walkable amenities, and employment opportunities – but this is not the case. There are house and land packages popping up throughout Brisbane, and this handy guide will help you find them.

BURPENGARY

Just a little further up the highway than the North Lakes land estates, Burpengary has great train connections and a huge number of new land lots and some acreage for sale.
