Prices start at $469,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. Construction at Signature began this month, in May 2019 and the project is expected to be completed in 2021.
Residents at the Signature apartments Broadbeach will have access to ‘The Deck’, which sits on the podium level of the building. It includes a 50-metre infinity pool, a gym, steam room, sauna and spa, a large outdoor lawn with a BBQ and teppanyaki grill, a private dining room, a residents lounge, and a theatre.
Also offering beachfront luxury on the northern Gold Coast is Mahala, and the apartments in these two towers are definitely worth comparing if you’re interested in this area, with similar views, finishes and prices. Located in neighbouring suburb, Mermaid Beach, Mahala. offers laid-back living with all the luxury finishes you could desire. The apartment tower will consist of 94 residences and an array of communal facilities that are focused on delivering convenience and the ultimate “beach house” lifestyle, like surfboard storage and an outdoor shower. There is a mix of two bedrooms, three bedroom and four-bedroom apartments available.
APRIL 2020: Construction and sales of Signature Broadbeach is moving quickly, with 184 of the 245 apartments now sold. The basement foundations and perimeter wall have been completed, and the excavations of the four-level basement carpark are progressing quickly. Construction is expected to begin in earnest in April/May, with the project on-track for a 2022 completion.
JANUARY 2020: Signature Broadbeach has begun construction.
The display suite for Signature Broadbeach is located on site at 12–14 Philip Avenue, Broadbeach. It’s open daily from 10am– 4pm or by appointment.
Originally designed with 263 apartments, several floor plans have been amalgamated. As of September 2018, there is 254 apartments with the potential for this to reduce further as more may amalgamate. Over $95 million in sales for Signature Broadbeach have already been achieved, with more than 100 of the apartments already under contract. According to Urbis Insights, Signature was the top-selling apartment project on the Gold Coast for the first quarter of 2018 and has continued with strong sales since then. The $200 million dollar project has obtained FIRB approval and will commence construction within the first half of next year.
The one and two-bedroom apartments at Signature offer a single secure carpark and the three-bedroom apartments come with two carparks as standard. There will also be several visitor parks. There will also be bike storage with space for 65 bikes and 154 storage cages too.
Signature Broadbeach is located at 12–18 Philip Avenue, Broadbeach. 200m in front of the Gold Coast Highway and less than 200m from Pratten Park and the beach, Signature is ideally placed at the southern-end of Broadbeach. Although not on absolute beachfront, the views for Signature residents are secured for years to come thanks to Little Projects purchasing of some area in front of the development. By doing this, the developers ensure that no other high-rises will be built on this land and the ocean views at Signature will continue to be a feature of the building well into the future. With so many non-beachfront apartments on the Gold Coast now having their views blocked by new developments, this is a great move by Little Projects and a real confidence booster for potential investors and owner-occupiers.
Directly across the other side of the highway from Signature lies The Star Casino. It’s also a close walk to The Oracle Dining and Retail precinct, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Kurrawa Suf Club is also only 600 metres away and is the perfect spot for an afternoon beverage by the beach (either pre or post-swim… that’s up to you). For the little ones, Pratten Park also offers one of the biggest and most popular playgrounds on the Gold Coast.
The South Broadbeach light rail station is less than 10-minutes walk away, and the bus system can be accessed from out the front of the Oasis shopping centre. While the bus system is more comprehensive, the G:Link light rail system is definitely a big plus for the Gold Coast, with trams running every seven minutes or so. The G:Link is growing in popularity allowing residents and tourists to get from their hotels and homes to Surfer’s Paradise, Griffith University and The Gold Coast Hospital without needing a car.
On the podium level of the building ‘The Deck’ offers a vast array of facilities available for all residents of Signature. The crowning glory is the 50-metre long infinity pool which spans the entire width of the podium level. As well as the pool, ‘The Deck’ includes a large gym, steam room, sauna and spa. There’s also a large outdoor lawn with a BBQ and teppanyaki grill. The private dining room overlooks the pool and is complete with a fully-functional kitchen and Miele appliances. The resident’s lounge is situated adjacent to this and also opens out to the pool. Completing the list of the facilities is the resident’s private theatre. There is 27 visitor carparks available at Signature.
The apartments at Signature range in size from 70m2 to 206m2. As well as standard one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, this development also offers larger two and three-bedroom apartments which have an additional multi-purpose room.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments at Signature are 61m² internally, with an eternal terrace of 9m². There is an internal laundry which is closed off and has a separate entryway, and the bedroom opens directly onto the balcony — all features rare to find in a one bedroom. In the majority of the floor plans for the two-bedroom apartments, the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, with the living space and kitchen in between which is great for investors as well as owner-occupiers thinking about getting a roommate. The larger two bedrooms which also offer a multi-purpose room have floor areas of up to 112m² (as opposed to 89m² in a standard two bedroom). The three-bedroom apartments at Signature include three bathrooms, a multipurpose room and a large feature bathtub in the master ensuite. With stunning views and a large floor plan, these apartments are definitely suited to owner-occupiers.

The interiors of Signature Broadbeach apartments have been designed by SJB Interiors. Each apartment has an open-plan design and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the cross-breezes from the ocean and really show off that view. The flooring is timber and the highlights are metal and glass. Each apartment comes standard with Miele appliances and reconstituted stone benchtops.
There are two colour schemes available for buyers at Signature to select from. The lighter colour scheme, named ‘Dawn’ features mostly cream and light shale colourings, whereas the warmer-toned ‘Dusk’ features slightly deeper greys and more traditionally timber colours. With the “dark” colour scheme still being lighter than most other developments “light” colour scheme, all apartments will feel bright and airy, regardless of your colour choice.
