An under construction apartment development in Wentworth Point, Sanctuary is a massive project. Once complete, it is slated to have 2,300 new apartments along with a new shopping and retail center.
Santuary is a new apartment development located in Sydney’s Wentworth Point. With a total of six stages once complete, Sanctuary is a massive development that will include a total of 2,300 apartments across 20 buildings. Stage 1, which is currently under construction, comprises of 364 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, terrace homes and two-storey apartments. More than 50% of the first stage has sold out.
The one, two and three-bedroom apartments remaining for sale in Stage 1 are selling from $630,000. All of the apartments are finished in neutral colour schemes with wood accents and are optimised for cross-flow breezes. Every apartment and terrace home has a laundry area and at least one car park. Some of the larger terrace homes and two-storey apartments also have a second media room. The master bedrooms in the terrace homes have walk-in-wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.

Construction on Sanctuary is currently well underway, with some of the development nearing completion.
Located at 14-16 Hill Road, Wentworth Point, Sanctuary sits right beside the Parramatta River. It’s also just down the road from the Pierside Shopping Centre, and three minutes drive from the Marina Square shopping precinct. Both precincts are home to a number of different shops, cafes and restaurants, with everything from medical centers and beauty parlours to korean BBQ on offer.
If residents have children, then it’s just a stroll down the road to Wentworth Point Public School. A number of high schools are also within the surrounding area: Marsden High School, Homebush Buys High School, Riverside Girls High School, Trinity Catholic College, Auburn Girls High School and Ryde Secondary College are are less than 15 minutes from Sanctuary.
Residents at Sanctuary will have access to a number of parklands and waterways due to its proximity to the Parramatta River. There will also be a community garden within the development itself, along with a number of water features like ponds.
