A new apartment project in Maroochydore, Eclipse Picnic Point is a small 13 apartment project with parkland and Maroochy River views. With 13 three-bedroom apartments available, and a maximum of two apartments per level, Eclipse is isquarely targeted at owner occupiers and those looking for a holiday home.
Eclipse is a boutique apartment development overlooking the Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast. Eclipse is pet-friendly, another nice plus for owner occupiers.
All of the apartments have at least three bedrooms (some have a fourth multi-purpose room that could potentially be used as a bedroom), along with two car parks. All of the apartments have open-plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, which connect to the larger-than-normal balconies.
The views over the Maroochy River can’t be built out due to the parkland in front of the apartment development, which is a major selling point. Something that may annoy residents is the proximity of the parklands car park, which is just next to the apartments meaning there may be some noise and minor congestion sometimes.
There is no display suite for Eclipse, but interested buyers can arrange to meet with a sales agent to discuss the project and look over promotional materials. To do so, please use the enquiry form below.
