Auburn Square is a new residential development located close to the Parramatta city centre. The estate has been designed to mimic the nearby Auburn Botanical Gardens, with extensive green spaces and landscaping throughout the apartments and retail precinct.
There are one, two and three bedroom apartments available at Auburn Square. Every apartment has SMEG and Westinghouse appliances, and at least one car park. There has been a large focus on increasing natural light throughout the apartments, which means that floor-to-ceiling windows are used throughout almost all of the apartment, including bedrooms and the main living areas.
Construction has not yet begun on Auburn Square. Please check back soon for more updates.
Located at 35 Northumberland Road, Auburn, Auburn Square sits close to the main hub of the suburb – in fact, it’s just a five-minute walk to the Auburn Shopping Village, which is home to a number of restaurants, cafes and shops. This includes everything from a Woolworths to a post office. This area is also the local transport hub, with the Auburn Train Station located inside the area. It will take residents roughly 40 minutes to reach the Sydney CBD from this train station, and they can reach the Parramatta CBD in about 20 minutes.
There are a number of schools in the area around Auburn Square. The closest kindergarten is Choice Preschool & Kindergarten, which is four minutes drive away. Primary schools within easy access include St John’s Catholic Primary School, Amity College (Primary Campus), Sydney Adventist School Auburn, Auburn Public School, Auburn North Public School, and Auburn West Public School. All of these primary schools cater to children in Prep-Year 6, and are less than six minutes away from Auburn Square. Middle schools include Trinity Catholic College. High schooling options include Auburn Girls High School, Sefton High School, Granville Boys High School, Parramatta High School, and Alpha Omega Senior College, among many others.
Residents will have access to 2,000 sqm of green space, along with a rooftop entertainment area that is set to include BBQ areas, an outdoor cinema, extensive gardens, and fitness equipment.
