One, two and three-bedroom apartments make up Mirvac’s new apartment project Pavilions in Sydney Olympic Park. With major development of the area expected in the coming years and thousands of new jobs expected to flourish due to this, families and professionals may find the development perfect for them.
Pavilions is a new apartment development located inside Sydney Olympic Park. The apartments sit next to ample parklands and a number of amenities (if the on-site 4,000 sqm parkland isn’t enough).
One, two and three-bedroom apartments are being offered, in a variety of floor plan configurations. Every apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, along with integrated indoor-outdoor living areas. All of the apartments are finished in neutral colours, while European appliances are used throughout the kitchens (including gas cooktops and electric ovens). A number of the apartments also have inbuilt baths.
Pavilions is part of the $10 billion Sydney Olympic Park redevelopment. The 2030 master plan includes a number of upgrades for the surrounding area, including 10,700 new homes for up to 23,500 residents, 100,000sqm specialty retail, dining and nightlife hub, up to 34,000 local job opportunities, and $24 billion proposed investment in infrastructure, connecting Sydney Olympic Park with the city hubs, including Sydney Metro West, WestConnex and Parramatta Light Rail.
The display suite for Pavilions is currently located onsite at 2 Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park. It is open by appointment only. To make an appointment to view the display suite, please use the enquiry form below.
Construction at Pavilions has not begun yet. Please check back soon for more information.
Located at 2 Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, Pavilions sits just off from the main thoroughfares of Australia Avenue and Sarah Durack Avenue. Sitting inside Sydney Olympic Park, residents will find a number of amenities close at hand. Just around the corner residents will find a number of restaraunts and takeaway shops along Dawn Fraser Avenue and Herb Elliot Avenue.
For those with active lifestyles, Pavilions is in a great location. There are a number of parklands close by —Bicentennial Park is just down the road, and those who love being on the water will be happy to note that the Parramatta River is seven minutes drive away. Hundreds of bike paths run through the entirety of Sydney Olympic Park, while walking and hiking paths also abound. For those who prefer organised sports, the proximity of a number of sporting stadiums means it’s easy to join the local informal footy team (or just head to the arenas to watch your team play – the proximity means you don’t have to deal with parking!).
For those with children or continuing their tertiary education, there are a number of schools nearby. This includes a number of primary schools like Newington Public School (seven minutes away), Wentworth Point Public School (also seven minutes), and Victoria Avenue Public School (eight minutes drive). High schools are a little further afield, but there are plenty within 10 minutes drive: Homebush Boys High School, Strathfield Girls High School, Trinity Catholic College, and St Patrick’s College, to name a few. The University of Sydney Cumberland campus is 11 minutes away, while the Australian Catholic University Strathfield campus is eight minutes drive.
Residents will have access to a number of facilities, which includes a 4,000 sqm communal parkland. This space will include several areas for entertaining friends and family, along with different garden styles.
Residents will also benefit from the Sydney Olympic Park redevelopment. The New South Wales Government’s 2030 Master Plan has $10 billion being put towards it, and the wider development includes over 100,000 sqm of specialty retail, dining and nightclubs, new local schools, a revised town centre, 40% more cycleways through the surrounding 430 hectares of parklands, and new infrastructure connecting the area to the CBD.
