Residents at Monogram Residences Stafford all have their own backyards, so there aren’t any major communal facilities, although there is a garden for all residents to use. Given that the new B Brisbane townhouses back onto Gibson Park, it’s unlikely that you’d need one though.

PropertyMash attended the Monogram Residences launch, where we spoke to Luke Burton, one of the real estate agents selling Monogram on behalf of developer, VIMG. Monogram will be VIMG’s first entry into the Brisbane property market, having successfully completed several new projects in Sydney and Melbourne.

“The three most unique selling points for Monogram Residences Stafford are definitely its price point, the quality of the finishes, and its location,” Luke told PropertyMash. “The new townhouses for sale at Monogram are inexpensive for the quality of finishes in the interiors and exteriors, and its location — just off Webster Road, backing onto Gibson Park — means that you’re away from the traffic but still centrally located to everything.”

“This is also VIMG’s first entry into the Brisbane property market, and because they’re used to the hyper-competitive Sydney and Melbourne real estate markets, they’d bought the tactics they used there to this new development in Brisbane. This means Monogram Stafford will be using extremely high-quality finishes, and small details, like 900mm ovens and stovetops, are included in the kitchens, which makes it a bit different and special,” said Luke.

Prospective buyers at the lauch of Monogram Residences Stafford told PropertyMash that they are looking at buying property to downsize to or invest in. There were quite a few young professionals in attendance, who were thinking about buying their first home at Monogram due to its price point.
